Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 pound penne pasta

  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1 cup ranch dressing

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon

  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker

Shred chicken using two forks

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped

Instructions:

Instructions:

Asparagus should be cooked in salted water that is boiling for about 3 to 4 minutes, or until it is soft


Let it cool down after draining


Mix the cooked asparagus, mascarpone, Parmesan, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl until everything is well mixed


Put out the wonton wrappers and put a little filling in the middle of each one


Wet the edges of the wrappers with water, then fold them in half and press them together firmly to seal


Heat up a big pot of salted water


Add the ravioloni and cook them in batches until they float, which should take about two to three minutes


If you want to drain the ravioloni, use a slotted spoon to take them out of the water


If you want, you can serve it hot with extra Parmesan and lemon zest on top

  • Black decorating gel

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to the temperature written on the box of cake mix


Mix the cake mix, eggs, and melted butter together in a bowl


Mix everything together well


Make little balls out of the cake mix and put them on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it


Follow the directions on the cake mix to bake the cake balls in an oven that has already been heated up


Take them out of the oven and let them cool down


Along with a few drops of water, mix the powdered sugar in a different bowl to make a thick glaze


Separate the glaze into two parts


Add blue food coloring to one part and red food coloring to the other

  • 1 cup mango, diced

  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped

  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

  • 8 small flour tortillas

  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

Put oil in a pan and heat it over medium-high heat

Chicken Marsala

This is a tasty Chicken Marsala recipe that can be made on the stove or in an Instant Pot. Great for a quick and tasty dinner!

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced

  • 3/4 cup Marsala wine

  • 3/4 cup chicken broth

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper


Dredge chicken in flour, shaking off excess


Select 'Saut' mode on Instant Pot or heat a large skillet on the stove top over medium-high heat


Add olive oil


Brown chicken on both sides until golden


Remove and set aside


Add mushrooms to the pot or skillet, saut until tender


Pour in Marsala wine, scraping any brown bits from the bottom


Add chicken broth and return chicken to the pot or skillet


Secure the Instant Pot lid and cook on 'Poultry' setting for 8 minutes or simmer on the stove top until chicken is cooked through


Release pressure if using Instant Pot, or ensure chicken is fully cooked on the stove top


Stir in butter and parsley, let sauce thicken for a few minutes


Serve chicken Marsala over your favorite pasta or rice
